The prices displayed on this Web site are quoted in U.S. currency and as such are valid only in the United States. Prices are subject to change at any time.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Item(s) is damaged or defective only.
Return Authorization Number is requested via email within 3 days of receipt.
Item(s) is returned to us in original condition (including but not limited to tags attached, hangers, hanging bags and box.
Item(s) is received within 7 day of RAN being issued.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return Isaiah BLUE will refund the full amount of your transaction via the original payment method or replace item for exact same style size and color. Please beware that all merchandise is throughly inspected before shipment therefore Isaiah BLUE reserves the right to refuse a questionable damage /defective return.
EXCHANGES
In the event that a customer purchases the wrong size or color we will exchange items for another size or color if available or issue a store credit. Upon receipt and inspection of your exchange Isaiah BLUE will issue a merchandise credit for the amount of your transaction less shipping cost.
NOTE: Once tags, have been removed an item will not be accepted for return or exchange. Hats, Jewelry Sets with Earrings, Special Orders and items held for more than 7 days are not returnable. Damages resulting from dry cleaning are not the responsibilty of Isaiah BLUE and do not qualify for returns/exchanges. We are in no way liable or responsible for dry cleaning issues of any sort. Isaiah BLUE is not liable for items lost during return shipping. No Credit will be given.
Refused Packages & Unauthorized returns - A 15% restocking fee will be charged to your credit card or added to your next order for a refused package regardless of the reason. Unathorized returns will not be eligible for a merchandise credit nor return shipping.
